I started massaging in Wheaton in 1979 and have been a Reiki Master teacher for the since 1999. I am certified with the City of Wheaton and state licensed in Illinois. I perform clinical and therapeutic massage techniques which has lead many area doctors to refer their patients to me when nothing else seems to work. In 1978 I attended National Chiropractic College in Lombard, IL I took classes to be a Chiropractic Assistant. I was taught the basics in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Soft Tissue massage. Later, I furthered my education at the College Of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL by taking courses at night. I am certified in TMJ, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Infant, Shiatsu, Pre-natal, Myofascial Release, Fibromyaligia, and Craniosacral massage. I furthered my profession by going to The Conservatory of Esthetics in Des Plaines, IL to learn body wrap treatments such as; Mud Therapy, Artic Algae, and Salt Glow. Other treatments I learned include Manual Lymphatic Drainage of the head, neck, and arms and Acupressure and Oriental Diagnosis. In 2005 I became certified to perform Muscle Release techniques.
